Klarity is the brand under which the group formed by CSR Italia, Delta Plastic and Unika markets its range of reusable drinking glasses. Three integrated companies across Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, controlling the entire thermoplastic moulding supply chain: from mould design to the finished, certified and delivered product.

For a single plastic component, companies normally have to coordinate a designer, a mould maker, a moulder, an assembler and a packager. Every hand-over between different suppliers creates idle time, communication errors, hidden costs and diluted responsibility. We remove them all: the mould is ours, the process is ours, and control is total.

Concept & Design

Feasibility analysis, advanced design, 3D rendering and virtual simulation. CATIA and Moldflow software, together with structural and mould-flow simulation (CAD/CAM/CAE), validate every part before the mould is built.

Mould & Tooling

Mould making at CSR Italia: CNC machining, SLS rapid prototyping, tooling trials and validation, with sampling and approval before series production starts.

Moulding & Production

Thermoplastic injection moulding at Delta Plastic and Unika: machines up to 400 tonnes, two-shot (2K) technology, certified recycled plastics. Series production from pilot batches to high volumes.

Assembly, finishing & packaging

Manual and robotic assembly, welding, chrome plating, painting and screen printing. Custom packaging, labelling, pallet preparation and shipping: the product arrives ready for market.

IMD — In-Mold Decoration

Decoration integrated directly into the moulding stage: durable graphics, textures and finishes, with no secondary painting or screen-printing operations.

IME — In-Mold Electronics

Circuits, sensors and electronic functions embedded in the plastic component: smart, thin and lightweight surfaces for next-generation interfaces.

Two-shot (2K) moulding

Two materials or two colours in a single cycle: components with soft-touch inserts, integrated seals or aesthetic combinations, with no subsequent assembly.

Automation

Automated part removal, inspection and packing systems ensure efficiency, repeatability and consistent quality, even at high volumes.
